The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioners were serving with the Respondent Management and their salaries, including 7th Pay commission benefits, have not been paid since July 2018, despite demands and reminders. 2.

34-WP-14623-2024-(C).odt Redressal Committee or the State or even the All India Council of Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E.), with a representation. 3.

We find that the Petitioners should be approaching the Grievance Redressal Committee under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioners to file an Application before the Grievances Committee. After such an Application is filed, the Committee shall grant a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders and arrive at a decision on the grievances of the Petitioners, within a period of 120 days.

All contentions are kept open and the disposal of this Petition, would not be an impediment.
