The Petitioner's claim of belonging to Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe category, has been invalidated by the impugned order dated 03.10.2024. He is in employment with Zilla Parishad and apprehends termination. He is tendering an affidavit undertaking dated 19.10.2024, declaring therein that his service may be protected and he would not claim any pay fixation/ increment/ promotion/ service benefit etc. until his claim is validated by this Court. The said affidavit undertaking is marked as "X-1" for identification. 2.

Since the Petitioner has tendered an affidavit undertaking, his service would not be terminated by the employer only for the reason that his claim has been invalidated.
