The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the notice dated 15th October 2024 issued by the Executive Magistrate proposing to take over possession of the secured assets on 26th October 2024. Since steps under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 have been taken, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same by approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
