Heard Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 4.

Today, praecipe is filed seeking correction of certain typographical mistakes which have crept into the chart depicted in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 08.07.2025. 5.

Mr. Patil, learned Advocate was fair enough to inform the Court that description of certain Survey Numbers in the description of the property in the chart of paragraph No.3 of the order needs certain corrections.

He would submit that properties listed at serial Nos.1, 3, 5, 9 and 10 require certain additions / deletions as mentioned by him in the praecipe as follows:- Sr.

He would submit that inadvertently the new Survey Numbers have not been specifically stated and if the old Survey Numbers are allowed to continue it may entail difficulty on the part of Collector in determining the sanction under the provisions of Sections 36 and 36A of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 in respect of the correct description and nomenclature of the subject properties. 8.

He would also persuade the Court to allow the Petitioner to carry out an appropriate amendment to the extent of corrections of the aforementioned five Survey Numbers in respective Petitions which are described in column No.2 of the said chart.

The corrections as required to be carried out in respect of the subject properties as delineated hereinabove is allowed to be carried out and corrected in the record of the Petitions within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

In view of the above, appropriate correction is directed to be effected against property described at serial Nos.1, 3, 5, 9 and 10 in the chart stated in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 08.07.2025 and after carrying out the correction, fresh copy of the order be uploaded. 11.

Praecipe is disposed.
