Considering the directions proposed to be issued, service of notice on respondent nos.5 to 6 is dispensed with. The only relief sought by the petitioners is for expeditious consideration of Revision Application No.3557 of 2024 which is pending before the State Government under provisions of Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Since the proceedings arising out of a dispute pertaining to mutation entries, it is directed that Revision Application No.3557 of 2024 be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the respondent nos.5 to 7 within a period of eight weeks of receiving copy of this order. The petitioners shall serve copy of this order on the respondent nos.5 to 7. It is clarified that all points on merits are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions.
