It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, though the order has been passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee of the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016, Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are not implementing the said order and the statutory Authorities are showing their helplessness.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 4th December, 2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.3, 4 and 6. The learned Advocate Ms. Helekar waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.5. 3.

Let affidavits-in-reply be filed at least one week prior to the returnable date.
