We would not accept the request of the Petitioners that this Court should get the order of Respondent No.4/ Education Officer, Thane Municipal Corporation, executed in our Writ jurisdiction.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits in response to the contention of the learned Advocate for the Commissioner that, the Education Officer has already written to the State Government vide communication dated 10th February, 2022. SUNNY THOTE
