Challenge in this petition is to an order passed by the Registrar under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 ("MCS Act").

The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent - Society has placed on record a copy of the order dated 22nd July 2025 passed by the District Deputy Registrar in Revision Application No.233 of 2024. By the said order, the Revisional Authority has dismissed the revision preferred against the very same certificate which is under challenge in the present writ petition.

In view of the fact that the Revisional Authority has already adjudicated upon the issue; hence, nothing remains to be

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
