It is true that this Court has recorded the submission of both the sides on 22nd October 2024 and permitted the Petitioner to mention before Justice Milind N. Jadhav. The trial Court was directed to defer the hearing of the Suit till 24th October 2024. 3.

It is true that the matter can be mentioned before Justice Jadhav only when it will be approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice. The Petitioner intends to move in that direction.
