The record indicates that on 25th October 2024 Mr. Yatin Shah had appeared for the Respondent. By the said order this Court had requested the Trial Court to defer the hearing of the Suit for four week thereof. The ad-interim relief has since been continued. 4.

Mr. Pardiwala, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is requested to give notice about listing of the matter to Mr. Yatin Shah. If none appears for the Respondent, the Court would be constrained to proceed with the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL hearing of the Petition.
