The learned senior counsel for Respondent Nos.2 to 5 submits that the aforesaid Respondents have received a communication dated 16/11/2024 from Generic Engineering Construction and Projects Ltd., which is a consortium partner of the Petitioner, stating that the aforesaid company is not interested in pursuing challenge to the rejection of the bid of the Petitioner.
