PATIL, JJ DATE : 22nd OCTOBER, 2024 P.C. :- Shri Rodrigues, learned counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions submits that about 402 hall tickets of students intending to appear in the examinations that are to commence from 23rd October 2024 have been generated. He however submits that the entire amount of penalty imposed has not been fully deposited by the College.

Considering the fact that the hall tickets of the concerned students have now been issued, the relief sought in the writ petition stands granted. It is, however, made clear that only on payment of the entire amount of penalty by the College, the respondents would declare the result of the concerned students. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
