The learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered a copy of communication dated 26/12/2024 issued by the Education Officer (Primary) wherein it is stated that the petitioner no.1-School is entitled to receive an amount of Rs.1,08,17,350/- (One crore eight lakh seventeen thousand three hundred fifty rupees) towards 25% RTE installment under provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. The learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain instructions as to when the fund in this regard would be available. 1/2
