It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner by inviting attention to the order dated 29th August 2024 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal in Securitization Application No.325 of 2024 that amount of Rs.10,00,000/- came to be deposited on 1st September 2024. Hence, steps now being taken by issuing a notice dated 10th October 2024 for taking possession on 26th October 2024 are unwarranted. 2.
