The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has preferred an appeal against the disciplinary action initiated against him, on 05/02/2024, before Respondent No. 2. He, therefore, prays for an early decision.

Since an appeal is pending since February 2024, we deem it appropriate to call upon Respondent No. 2 to decide the said appeal by following due procedure laid down in the law, within a period of 75 Talwalkar
