The grievance of the Petitioners is that though they have been appointed on compassionate basis more than 15 years ago and though they have complied with the condition of acquiring the typing certificates in Marathi and English for 30 W.P.M. and MSCIT, the Zilla Harish

7-WP-14817-2024.odt Parishad is informed by Respondent No. 3 that there are some discrepancies in the certificates of many candidates, including these Petitioners. Hence, recovery proceedings have been initiated and further time bound promotions have been stalled.

In light of the above, we direct Respondent No. 2, not to resort to the recovery of any amounts from these Petitioners until further orders.
