Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

The present Writ Petition is filed against the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court dated 12th October 2023 in Writ Petition No.10927 of 2022. It is so stated in paragraph 2 of the Petition.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners invited our attention to the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Learned counsel submitted that the order passed by the learned Single Judge calls for interference in the exercise of writ jurisdiction of this Court

Bhogale 14.wp-14861-2024.odt under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and in any case, the order passed by the learned Single Judge needs to be modified for the reasons mentioned in the Petition. The challenge to the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable. If the Petitioners want to seek any modification of the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, it is open for the Petitioners to approach the learned Single Judge by way of appropriate proceedings or to seek appropriate remedies. 4.
