Heard Mr. Khairnar, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Mulla, learned AGP for Respondent - State.

On 13.10.2025, after hearing Mr. Khairnar following order was passed:- "1.

Not on Board. Mentioned by way of filing praecipe dated 13.10.2025. Perused the praecipe.

Heard Mr. Khairnar, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

This Petition is filed in the year 2014 was dismissed for default but has been subsequently restored.

Mr. Khairnar would submit that Petitioner is in possession of suit property since 1984 but by virtue of the impugned order passed in RTS is affected. Statutory challenge to the impugned order has been exhausted by Petitioner but the Revision proceedings are pending before the State Authority.

He would persuade the Court to pass appropriate directions to determine RTS No.378 of 2024 expeditiously so as to ameliorate the exigency and ignominy of Petitioner. In view of the above issue notice to Respondents.

Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Petitioner is directed to serve the other side a copy of this order and copy of Writ Petition and inform about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof.

Learned AGP appearing for State and its functionaries is directed to take appropriate instructions and inform the Court as to within how which time the State shall determine the pending Revision proceedings and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.

In terms of directions contained in paragraph No.7 of the aforesaid order, learned AGP apprised the Court that pending Revision Application appended at page No.42 of the Petition shall be decided within a period of 8 weeks after hearing Petitioner and the State is directed to pass a speaking reasoned order thereafter. 4.

Copy of this order shall be informed to the concerned Desk Officer hearing the matter and Petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned / Authority of the State on 24.11.2025 at 12 : 00 Noon on which date appropriate date for hearing shall be fixed. 5.

With the above directions, Writ Petition is allowed and disposed.
