We have perused the order passed by this Court dated 23rd April, 2024 in Writ Petition No.5661 of 2024. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 16th December, 2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of all the Respondents.

Let the affidavits in reply be filed, at least, one week prior to the returnable date.

Respondent no.3 shall file a specific affidavit in reply indicating as to whether the legal position laid down in judicial pronouncements has been taken into account while passing the Gauri Gaekwad
