Heard Mr. Gaud, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Ms. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1. 2.

Mr. Gaud, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Respondent No.2 - School is prohibiting the mother from accompanying the child and also not allowing the mother to attend parent-teacher meetings.

Ms. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 states that Respondent No.1 has no objection if the mother attends the parent-teacher meetings and also accompanying the child to the School. 4.

Accordingly, issue notice to the Respondent No.2 - School, returnable on 8th May 2025.
