By order dated 8th May, 2025, this Court disposed off the Writ Petition. However, at the request of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, the matter was directed to be listed today, i.e., on 12th June, 2025 for reporting compliance. 2.
Mr. Gore, the learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2, submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the Petitioners have also given copy of the KARTIKEYA
35-WP-14932-2024.odt Undertaking to the Respondent No.2, which is issued by the Petitioner dated 3rd June, 2025, wherein she has clearly stated that the order passed by this Court dated 8th May, 2025 has been complied with and she has been granted access to the school premises. The copy of the Undertaking submitted by the Petitioner to the School Authority is placed on record by the learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 3.
Considering that at the request of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed for reporting compliance, in his absence, I cannot record compliance.

In order to afford him one more opportunity, by way of a last chance, the matter is adjourned to 26th June, 2025 for recording compliance.
