It has been informed by learned Senior Advocate, Mr. Zal Andhyarujina on the basis of instructions received that all the Petitioners in this bunch of Petitions have already submitted their bids and accordingly the interim order passed in terms of the statement made on the basis of instructions received from Mr. Uday Joshi, Deputy Director of Sports that last date of submission of bids in respect of the subject matter shall be extended, does not help any one's cause and accordingly, the same may be modified. We have also been apprised that the administrative and financial sanction granted by the
competent authority to the subject tender is going to lapse on 15th February, 2025.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we only provide that the tender process may continue and go on, however, its outcome shall be subject to further orders which may be passed in this bunch of Petitions. We also provide that participation and consideration of the bids of the Petitioners shall also be subject to further orders which may be passed in this bunch of Petitions.
