The challenge is to the Judgment and Award dated 31st May, 2024 passed by the MACT, Sangali, partly allowing the Application confining the amount of compensation to Rs.66,000/-. By the present Petition enhancement is sought.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable after a period of six weeks. In addition to Court notice, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondents by private notice by all permissible mode of service and to file affidavit of service before the next date. 4.

Stand over to 7th January, 2025.
