On 3rd July 2025, this Court had observed that only an amount of Rs.3,40,000/- has been paid and arrears of Rs.18,20,000/- remain unpaid. On this premise, the Respondent was directed to file a reply affidavit. On 6th November 2025, time was again granted to the Petitioner to take instructions regarding the pending balance of arrears. Even today, accommodation is sought by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner to point out the balance of arrears to be paid by the Petitioner. 2.

In order to enable the Petitioner to place on record the balance arrears pending till date, by way of last chance, list the matter on 11th December 2025.
