It is claimed by the learned Counsel for the Respondent that the Petitioner has paid only an amount of Rs.3,40,000/- and a balance amount of Rs.18,20,000/- remains unpaid, which the Petitioner has not deposited as per the order passed by the Family Court, Thane on 27th May 2024. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to take instructions about the pending balance of arrears.
