In the above Writ Petition we had passed a detailed adinterim order on 23rd October, 2024. For the reasons stated in the said order, we had directed Respondent No.2-State CET Cell, to take necessary steps so as to allow the Petitioner to participate in the stray vacancy round.

Pursuant to these directions, the Petitioner was permitted to participate in the stray vacancy round and has in fact secured admission to Indira Gandhi Government Medical College, Nagpur. Once this is the Digitally signed by ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date:

We, therefore, dispose of the above Writ Petition by once again clarifying that the directions given by us in the ad-interim order dated 23rd October, 2024 and which has been duly complied with, are confined to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case. 4.
The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
