Since the only relief sought in the petition by the petitioner was to consider the intervention application that was filed in the review petition, there is no necessity to keep the writ petition pending. With liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 14th October 2024 passed under Section 258 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, the writ petition is disposed of.
