As the proceedings were mentioned before the Court yesterday for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 24 July, 2025, we have directed the registry to list the proceedings today on the Supplementary Board. 2.

Despite the cause list indicating the name of learned counsel for respondent no. 2, none represented respondent no. 2. Considering the nature of the application and our judgment, we have accordingly heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP on this application for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 24 July 2025.

In the said judgment, after paragraph 14(B), add the following 14B(1)- "Till respondent no. 4 decides the application afresh, the status quo in regard to the tenement in question be maintained and depending on the final orders which would be passed by respondent no. 4, further appropriate orders would be 31 July 2025
