After Respondent No.4 pointed out the deficiencies, the Petitioner contends that the Management has forwarded a corrected proposal with the covering letter dated 11th April, 2022. The proposal is pending decision before Respondent No.4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 3.
Respondent No.4 would consider the proposal on its own merits and would carry out a verification exercise by adherence to Rule
Trupti 2 16-wp-14986-2024.odt 41A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 and deliver a reasoned order within a period of 60 days from today.

Let such decision be communicated to the Management. If the decision is adverse, the Management would intimate the Petitioner, who would be at liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law. 5.
Needless to state, if the Petitioner's proposal is accepted, steps shall be initiated by the Management and the authorities for grant of the Shalarth ID, without further delay.
