The Court of the Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Chandgad, District Kolhapur has restrained the Defendants or his agents or any person from making any constructions over suit property till the final disposal of suit, on 11.01.2022, page no. 61. This order is confirmed by the Appellate Court on 29.06.2022, page no. 83. This petition is filed by the Defendants.

Learned Advocate for the Respondents/Plaintiffs sought time to file affidavit-in-reply. In addition to that there is submission by learned Advocate for the Petitioners that the documents placed by him were not considered by two Courts below. In view of that following direction:- (i) Let the Petitioner to file compilation of documents which were placed by them before the trial Court including documents filed alongwith affidavit-in-reply. (ii) Respondents are at liberty to file documents which they have produced before the trial Court. It be supplied to other side in advance.

(iii) Petitioners are at liberty to file rejoinder, if any. 4.
