The Petitioner has prayed for an earlier decision in the Appeal pending before the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Sangli. He draws our attention to the fact that the Second Appeal was filed before the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division. He prays that the Appeal before the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Sangli, be decided expeditiously. The Petitioner would withdraw the Appeal preferred before the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner further submits that the Appeal pending before the Zilla Parishad has not even been registered and notices have not been issued.

In view of the above and since an innocuous relief, is sought, this Writ Petition is disposed off without issuing notices. 4.

Let Respondent No.2/Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Sangli decide the pending Appeal, by issuing notices to the parties and by following the due procedure laid down in law. After granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, the Appeal be decided within a period of 120 days from today.
