The learned AGP submits on instructions from Respondent No.2, that the pending proceedings dated 20th November, 2023, initiated by the Petitioner, would be decided after granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders. Until such decision, no precipitative action would be initiated. The District Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies, Thane Region, on delegated powers from Respondent No.2, shall hear all the SUNNY THOTE

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner as well as Respondent No.1 submit that they would put forth their contentions before Respondent No.2 and all such contentions be considered, while deciding the pending proceedings.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 4.

The Petitioner and Respondent No.1 shall appear before the said Authority on 11th December, 2024 at 12:00 noon. Thereafter, the hearing in this matter would commence. All the parties are at liberty to tender their written submissions.

Needless to state, the said Authority would consider all the contentions of the litigating parties and pass a reasoned order, on or before 28th February, 2025. We have recorded the statement of Respondent No.2 that until such a decision is delivered, precipitative action would be initiated.
