The Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune, Mr. Rajendra Ahire, has raised certain objections with regard to the proposal of 4 teachers concerning transfer from the unaided establishment to the partially aided establishment. Out of the four, only one candidate has approached this Court. 2.

The ground for rejection of the proposal is that the Nikita

It is undisputed that the Education Officer has already granted approval to the appointment of the Petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is partly allowed. The impugned order dated 25th October, 2023, is quashed and set aside, only to the extent of the rejection of the proposal. 5.

Let the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Solapur, would forward the entire file pertaining to the Petitioner, which was considered by him while granting an approval, to Respondent No.8.

After considering the said file, Respondent No.8 would take a decision, as regards grant of Shalarth I. D. to the Petitioner, since he already has an approval. Let the file be tendered by Respondent No.6 to Respondent No.8 within 15 days from today and let Respondent No.8 take a decision within 15 days thereafter. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) (RAVINDRA V.
