In all these Writ Petitions i.e. Writ Petition No.18625 of 2024, Writ Petition No.15086 of 2024 and Writ Petition No.4316 of 2025, the orders challenged are interim orders passed in P. A. No.1765 of 2022. However, both the learned Counsel state that by order dated 4th April, 2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune, the said P. A. No.1765 of 2022 stands dismissed.

Both the learned Counsel state that said main proceeding i.e. P. A. No.1765 of 2022 is dismissed and therefore nothing survives in these Vaibhav Page No. 1
