On amendment being carried out, issue notice to the respondents and the newly added respondent returnable on 4th August, 2025. Mr. Sunil Gangan waives notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and seeks time to take instructions. 3.

Spare copy to be supplied in the Registry within one week from today, so as to enable the Registry to issue notice to the respondent No.3.

In addition to the Court notice, learned counsel for the petitioner to serve the respondent No.3, by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date.

Affidavit-in-reply, if any, to be filed in the Registry before the next date with an advance copy to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
