Ms. Dande, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions submits that the Petitioner has challenged the order of interim maintenance granted by the Family Court, Pune, however, during the pendency of Petition, the divorce has been granted by the Family Court, Pune and the Marriage Petition has been disposed off. Hence this Petition has become infructuous.
