These petitions are listed today in chamber, for the reason that when these petitions were taken up for disposal last week as per consent terms, it was found that there was typographical error in the consent terms, which was required to be rectified. 2.
Since, I am heading a Division bench today, these petitions were directed to be listed in the chamber for disposal as per the consent terms.

Today, when the petitions are called out in chamber, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner-company in these petitions and the learned counsel appearing for individual respondent-workman in each of the petitions, have tendered consent terms. These consent terms are signed by the authorized signatory of the petitioner-company, with a copy of a certified copy of the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the company being annexed to the consent terms. The individual respondent-workmen have signed such consent terms. 4.
It is agreed between the parties that on a specific amount, as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the consent terms, being paid to the respondents, they are withdrawing respective complaints filed before the Industrial Court for execution of the award. 5.
The petitioner-company undertakes to pay the aforesaid amount to each of the individual respondent-workman and thereupon, the petitions shall be disposed of as per the consent terms.

The cheques pertaining to the said amount are ready for being handed over to each of the respondent-workman. 7.
The petitioner-company undertakes to abide by the statement that it would be making payment as per the consent terms.

In fact, the rival parties are also directed to abide by their respective obligations as per the consent terms. 9.
Each individual set of consent terms are taken on record in these petitions and marked 'X' for identification. 10.
The petitions are disposed of as per the consent terms. 11.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 12.
Company representatives i.e. Mr. Faiz Aziz Ahmed, Director, Vice President-Finance and Ms. Rohini Damodar Khandagale, Assistant Manager Legal, are present, and some of the respondents-workmen are also present in the chamber. MANISH PITALE, J.
