It is not in dispute that the Petitioner has moved an application under provision of Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking rejection of the plaint in Civil Suit No. 1774 of 2021. 2.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. It is open for the Petitioner to make a request before the trial Court for expeditious consideration of the Notice of Motion wherein prayer for rejection of the plaint has been made.
