According to the petitioner, all the mortgaged properties have been surrendered to the bank, and the Special Court under the PMLA Act has granted permission to the bank to sell those properties. According to the petitioner, therefore, the bank can recover its dues by effecting the sale of the properties. 2.

Hence, issue notice to Respondent No. 3 - the Bank, returnable on 23 December 2025, for the limited purpose of ascertaining the status of the sale of the properties and the recovery of the outstanding amount, and thereafter for the adjudication of the petitioner's revision application.
