Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

The impugned order dated 23rd February, 2024 shall be treated as a notice to Petitioner No.1, for removal of deficiencies. Within 15 days, Petitioner No.1 would remove the deficiencies and tender the proposal to Respondent No.5. Thereafter, the proposal shall be considered, by following the due procedure laid down in law, and after a proper scrutiny of the proposal and the documents, an appropriate decision may be arrived at within a period of 45 days. Needless to state, if an adverse decision is arrived at, the aggrieved party is at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. If the proposal is favourably considered, further steps, for grant of Shalarth ID, shall be initiated. 4.
