The primary grievance of the Petitioner in this case is that the Application filed by him under Section 83 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Housing Societies Act, 1960 before the Respondent No. 1 i.e. Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, K-Ward on 21st September, 2022 has not been decided till today. 2.

Mr. Himanshu B. Takke, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 submits that no copy of the Petition has been served upon him.

Be that as it may, considering the nature of the reliefs prayed by the Petitioner and the instructions obtained by the learned AGP, the Writ Petition can be dispose of by providing that within four weeks from today the Application filed by the Petitioner would be disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
