Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the limited relief prayed for and in the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct respondent No.1 to decide the revision application filed by the petitioner, which is annexed at Exhibit-G to the petition at page No.148, within a period of 10 weeks from 25th June 2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The petitioner to place on record a copy of this order before respondent No.1 on 25th June 2025.

Though Mr. Inamdar, learned counsel for respondent No.2, opposed the continuation of the interim order mentioned in paragraph No. 3 of the order dated 29th October 2024 passed by this Court, considering that we have directed respondent No.1 to decide the revision application in a time bound manner, the interim relief granted in terms of paragraph No.3 of the order dated 29th October 2024 is continued till the decision of the revision application.
