It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the communication dated 5th October 2024 issued by the Authorised Officer indicating an amount of Rs.60,59,456.88 to be due and payable, the said amount was paid by a demand draft on 10th October 2024. It is thus submitted that the entire dues payable by the petitioner have been cleared.
