Present petition has been filed for directions to release the grantin-aid to some of the divisions of petitioner No.2 school. Learned Advocate for petitioners after taking us through the documents brings to our notice the recommendation by District Evaluation Committee and submits that the proposal on the basis of said recommendation dated 28.11.2022 is still pending and if directions are

33_WP_15339_2025 issued to decide the same, then the purpose of the petition would be served. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned Advocate Mr. S.B. Pulkundwar waives notice for respondent No.4. Upon instructions, learned AGP submits that respondent No.2 would forward the said proposal, if not yet forwarded to respondent No.1, within a period of 15 days from today and thereafter respondent No.1 would decide the said proposal (if not yet decided) within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The said statement is taken as undertaking.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to forward the proposal dated 28.11.2022 to respondent No.1 within a period of 15 days (if not yet forwarded) from today and thereafter respondent No.1 to decide the said proposal (if not yet decided) within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
