2/2 11 WP.15384.2024.odt CORAM: SANDEEP V. MARNE & MANJUSHA DESHPANDEr JJ.

(Vacation Court) DATED : 30th OCTOBERr 2024 P.C:- Mr. Lodhar learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners would place on record a copy of letter dated 25th October 2024 of the Chief Electoral Offcerr Maharashtra Stater directing all the Returning Offcers that the earlier letter issued on 09th September 2024 has been withdrawn. This would essentially mean that the contracts executed in favour of the Petitioners would remain in force in respect of the ensuing Assembly Elections. In that view of the matterr nothing would survive in the present Writ Petitions. The Writ Petitions are disposed off as infructuous.
