Mr. Gole, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.4National Medical Commission (NMC) submits that NMC is in the process of challenging the order passed by this Court on 25 October 2024 before the Supreme Court.

Mr. Khedekar, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.5-State CET Cell would submit that subject to the outcome of the challenge by the NMC the order dated 25 October 2024, the State CET Cell shall proceed in accordance with the directions issued by this Court in paragraph 5 of the order dated 25 October 2024 by enabling the seats remaining vacant after completion of all CAP rounds to be filled by Institution through Institutional level round. The statement is recorded. 3.

Ms. Bhide, the learned Government Pleader would submit that the Department of Medical Education shall depute two officials at each Institution to oversee the Institutional Round conducted by each Institution.
