Copy of the noting dated 27/11/2024 by the trial Court on roznama mentions about filing of the amendment application by the Plaintiff. Now the matter is kept today. That is why modification is sought in the last line of para no. 3 of the Order dated 25.11.2024. 3.

The observation reads like this "the trial Court to decide the Seema 1/2

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // P1- WP 15391 of 2024.doc pending Applications in any eventuality earlier to six (6) weeks". 4.

The contention of learned Advocate Mr. Patil is by taking the benefit of the said observations, the Plaintiff has filed amendment application on 27.11.2024, on the same date on which this order is uploaded. Whether it is coincident or not we cannot say anything. 5.

Today it is clarified that instead of pending application, it should be treated as application below Exh. 5 for temporary injunction. Status-quo was granted by the trial Court and it was set aside by the Appellate Court. After passing that order the Appellate Court continued it for some duration. It was extended by this Court in the writ petition.

On this background by consent on 25.11.2024 writ petition was disposed of with understanding amongst both the learned Advocates that direction can be give to dispose of Exh. 5 by fixing time limit and instead of deciding this writ petition on merits, it can be disposed of.
