Mr.Shetye, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3 would place on record the copy of letter dated 05th February 2024 issued by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, in which a request is made to the Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra not to issue NOC for opening of new Ayurveda colleges in the State of Maharashtra.

In view of the letter dated 05th February 2024, this Court is not inclined to grant any ad-interim relief in the present Petition as of now.

Leave granted to the Petitioner to amend the Petition for incorporating challenge to the letter dated 05th February 2024 and consequent communications, and also for impleading the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India as a party Respondent to the Petition. Amendment to be carried out on or before 11th November 2024.
