On 16th December, 2024, we had issued notice and had granted a longer returnable date on 3rd February, 2025 only to enable the Education Officer (Secondary) to file a reply affidavit. 2.

We had specifically ordered that he should file a reply ten days prior to the returnable date so that the matter would be ready for hearing. Till today, no reply affidavit is filed and an adjournment is sought.

In view of the above, we direct the Education Officer to pay cost of Rs.500/- from his salary bank account, to be deposited in
