Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks a limited relief that the revision application pending before the Hon'ble Co-operative Minister annexed to the page No.72 of the petition, be decided in a time bound manner.

The revision application has been filed on 13th February, 2024 and the submission of Mr. Chavan is that the revision application has not been listed for a hearing even once.
